At VitaDrive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VitaDrive account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
